Kodak EasyShare Sport C123 customer reports

Kodak EasyShare Sport C123 reviewsKodak EasyShare Sport C123 is no doubt one of the best cameras there is. It can even capture underwater but it is available for just a low price. Be informed more about this camera as you read this Kodak EasyShare Sport C123 Review.

The Kodak EasyShare Sport C123 is not really expected to amaze performance-wise but it’s a low-budget, rough-and-tumble point-and-shoot camera that has that well-liked underwater capability.

It runs on 2 AA batteries so you wouldn’t need to charge every now and then if you have spare batteries. Kodak also has integrated its “Share” button onto the device.

All of the buttons on the C123 are made of rubber but the shutter button and the share button are plastic and are by far the easiest to press.

The body of the C123 is made out of grey/blue/red and black plastic having entire front of the camera is available in grey, red or blue; the back has the black panel.

The camera offers 4 different shooting modes and these are Auto (basic mode providing average settings), H2O (mode opens both the photo and video modes that take advantage of the C123’s underwater possibilities), Video (normal video mode which records 640×480 video at 30 fps), and Scenes (mode with presets for portrait, sport, sunset, backlight, children, bright light, fireworks, and night portrait).

The EasyShare Sport also features a fixed focus Kodak lens which is waterproof up to 3.0 meters with 5x digital zoom. The digital zoom is functional.

The EasyShare Sport takes VGA video at a 640×480 resolution, and really doesn’t offer much in the way of options or modes. Video can either be taken in normal mode or underwater mode, and both were acceptable. The above and underwater filming experience was uneventful and sufficient.

The camera offers several different color modes which includes full color, basic color, vivid color, black and white, and sepia. It also offers in addition to auto white balance, preset modes for open shade, fluorescent, daylight, and tungsten.
